Food Diary 16.2.12
Breakfast: Weetabix with breakfast sprinkles
Lunch: Frozen banana, apple, spinach, porridge oats, lummins seed mixture, muller light yoghurt and some grapes and milk all blended together into a delicious drink.
Dinner: Chicken and veg with spaghetti (see photo I posted before this post)
Snack: One little orange Brazilian flavoured chocolate.
And that’s all I’ve had. I’ve been pretty strict with myself this week in my opinion. Wonder what the scales will say when I get home? I think a major factor to my lack of weightloss could be my sleeping pattern. Most nights this week I’ve been going to bed after 4am! So I need to sort that out.
