Food Diary 14&15.2.12
14th
I was out on Monday night for my friends 21st so I had my usual lack of appetite on Tuesday.
Breakfast: Weetabix and breakfast sprinkles
Lunch: Fruit/carrot/spinach milkshake & a little bit of left over stir fry
Dinner: Vegetable Soup
I was definitely under my calorie intake for this day but it probably evened out all the alcohol calories from the night before. ++++ I went on a date on Tuesday (my first Valentines Day doing anything boy involved. . ) so I was nervous for that which put me off food.
15th

Lunch: Fruit/spinach milkshake & green tea
I’m going out for dinner with my housemates, I will try and be healthy and I’m only having 1 course. I don’t manage to exercise these days but if I eat healthy enough I should lose some weight.
