General Update.

So as you may or may not have noticed I haven’t posted anything about an Insanity workout in a while. And I’m afraid to say that is because I haven’t been doing any! Last time I did a full Insanity workout was last Tuesday. I am still exercising a bit though, not as much as I’d like. I’m just really rubbish at getting any of my Uni work done, so when I still have it to do I tell myself I will exercise after I get that done but then I never get it done until the last minute.

I did weights and stomach exercises and a bit of cardio recovery on Monday. Better than nothing. 

I’m still eating really healthy though, or trying to. So hopefully I will see some progress on the scales.
