Food Diary 7.2.12

Breakfast: Weetabix with breakfast sprinkle.

Lunch: Peanut butter on toast and an apple.

Dinner: Mixture of beans, courgette, baby tomatoes, chicken breast and whole wheat pasta. Added some soy sauce light, and spices to give it a kick.

Snack: Muller Light & Crunchy Nature Valley Bar.

Green Tea? Yippp.
