Just did Ab Ripper X
Yip, I thought I better do something in the way of exercise today. I did it, although my floor is wooden so it’s sore and I skid about a lot making it difficult to do the moves properly. Alot of the moves I’m not strong enough to do with proper form so I couldn’t really give it my all. My stomach doesn’t even feel that sore. Meh.
Going for a shower now. I forgot to bring a towel up from home so I only have a hand sized towel to dry myself with. I’ll feel a lot less like doing that at 7am in the morning than I do now so off I go… And yes Iwill make myself get up and go into Uni for the talk on Illustration even though it’s not a class that we have to go to. I will miss my Monday morning sleep in.
Ps. Just to illustrate how useless I am at time management and fitting in workouts. I have Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays off Uni and I still don’t manage to workout all those days! Rubbish.
