To sum up the weekend - BINGE!

Got home for the weekend and was greeted by a mass of foods that hadn’t been available to me all week. Not doing a food diary for each day over the weekend. I ate healthy whilst at work on Saturday but when I got home after dinner I had a 4 bar kitkat and a Magnum.

5.2.12 - 

Breakfast: Banana

Dinner: Cheesy, broccoli pasta bake and garlic chips.

Dessert: Apple & Blueberry pie & a chocolate truffle.

Snack: Cheese and ham sandwich followed by a cream egg.

I also haven’t done Insanity since Tuesday. Bad times. I’m going to Ab Ripper X tonight and then fit Plyo in tomorrow at some point. I’m not totally decided if I’m going to try and keep going with Insanity. I know I will find it really hard to fit in each day and then I will beat myself up about not doing them. I might compromise and just do my best to do some form of exercise each day. Using the Insanity workouts when I can. If I had started Insanity in the summer I could have done the full 60 days without many hiccups.
