I’m slipping again.

I haven’t exercised since Tuesday and I ate 2 kit kats today. I’ve been super healthy all week as far as I know and I haven’t lost any weight. I go into work and chat to a friend who is already thinner than me and I know she will have lost some weight by now. I’m happy for her but I feel like I’m trying just as hard but not getting any results.

I will get back on track and get back to the exercise because when I don’t exercise for a while it makes me feel fat and rubbish and even lazier. Eugh.

I’ll try and get a workout of some sort done tonight so I don’t feel like a complete failure.

I’m starting to fail Insanity. Need to get back on track!
