Food Diary 2.2.12
Breakfast: Weetabix & breakfast sprinkles
Mid morning snack: Banana and an Innocent Strawberry drink.
Lunch: Left vegetables from last nights dinner and a crunchy nature valley bar.
Dinner: Fried chick peas, green pepper and baby tomatoes with soy sauce and spices and whole wheat pasta and spinach.
I just realised that I’ve not eaten meat nearly this whole week! That wasn’t done intentionally but it’s just happened like that. I like that I can now cook and enjoy healthy meals that aren’t centred around meat and have them fill me.
