Food Diary 29.2.12
Today I didn’t eat that much for some reason . . I feel a bit shaky now though because it’s 3.12am and I’m still awake because I have work to do for tomorrow.
Breakfast: Weetabix with raisins
Lunch: Tomato soup, took to a some hummus with a spoon and a few little remnants of brownies.
Dinner: …didn’t have dinner per se. My lunch was a late one. Ate Weetabix again...

Breakfast: Weetabix with raisins
Lunch: Little bit of left over stiry-fry, banana, spinach and hummus, crunchy nature valley bar.
Dinner: Tacos with cheese and garlic sauce :S

Reached GW no.2!
I am now 138lbs! That means I’ve lost 2lb the last 2 weeks so that’s 4lb in a fortnight! I haven’t even been exercising, I’ve just been eating really healthy. I’m sooo happy. Been on a few dates recently too and they are going well. Hehe, life is good.

Food Diary week so far.
I’ve been eating more than I did last week. Definitely don’t think I will have lost any weight this week. Got back into my routine today though and I plan on making another fruit smoothie for my lunch during Uni tomorrow.

I might have actually lost some weight!
I came home for the weekend and one of the first things I did was weigh myself and I’m 2lb lighter than last week! :). I’ve been eating super healthy this week. Also it’s my time of the month so I might be even lighter once it’s gone? Wonder if I’ll be lighter first thing in the morning, which is when I usually weigh myself.

Breakfast: Weetabix with breakfast sprinkles
Lunch: Frozen banana, apple, spinach, porridge oats, lummins seed mixture, muller light yoghurt and some grapes and milk all blended together into a delicious drink.

Weetabix (with usual raisin/nut mix), Muller Light Yoghurt, Steak pie & potato mash, about 8 little shortbread raisin biscuits, Twix bar, Chocolate ice cream Magnum.

Insanity Fail.
It was all going so well for the 1st two weeks but now it’s been over a week since I’ve done a single workout. I’m only in Uni for 2 days a week!! How can I not manage to workout at all?
I always tell myself I’m going to get Uni work done instead but I don’t even do that either! I’m so useless.

Breakfast: Weetabix with breakfast sprinkle.
Lunch: Peanut butter on toast and an apple.
Dinner: Mixture of beans, courgette, baby tomatoes, chicken breast and whole wheat pasta. Added some soy sauce light, and spices to give it a kick.
