My plan for Christmas.
My Uni deadline is Tuesday, and I’m working on Thursday, Friday and Saturday then BAMM it’s Christmas. But I am going to try and get back into doing 30 Day Shred. As many days as I can over Christmas anyway, then at least I wont feel so bad eating lots.

Weight loss rewards.
So I decided to add rewards to my list of GWs.
When I get to 134lbs I will get my ears pierced. I’m 21 and I’ve never had my ears pierced so I think it’s time. Then when I buy ear rings and see them in my ears I will be reminded that I can reach my goals.
If I reach my UGW of 9 stone / 126lbs I might get a tattoo. I’ve been thinking about it for a while off and on. It...
Slow
So far in all my efforts from starting this blog I’ve lost about 7lbs. This does please me but considering I started the blog in August I feel if I had tried harder I could have had a better result by now.
My starting weight was 10.7 and my lowest weight reached since then is 9.11. But I was only that weight for a day or too. More recently I’ve been hovering around 10 stone.

attack of the Hobnobs.
Today I walked home from Uni and on my way back I went to a shop get a few groceries I needed. However I also bought a packet of chocolate hobnob biscuits (NOT NEEDED). I then followed up this mistake by taking said biscuits to my room with me and so disaster ensued. Eventually and inevitably I ate all the biscuits!!
That’s 95 calories times 14 biscuits = 1330.
