Food Diary week so far.
I’ve been eating more than I did last week. Definitely don’t think I will have lost any weight this week. Got back into my routine today though and I plan on making another fruit smoothie for my lunch during Uni tomorrow.

I might have actually lost some weight!
I came home for the weekend and one of the first things I did was weigh myself and I’m 2lb lighter than last week! :). I’ve been eating super healthy this week. Also it’s my time of the month so I might be even lighter once it’s gone? Wonder if I’ll be lighter first thing in the morning, which is when I usually weigh myself.

Food Diary 16.2.12
Breakfast: Weetabix with breakfast sprinkles
Lunch: Frozen banana, apple, spinach, porridge oats, lummins seed mixture, muller light yoghurt and some grapes and milk all blended together into a delicious drink.
Dinner: Chicken and veg with spaghetti (see photo I posted before this post)

I was out on Monday night for my friends 21st so I had my usual lack of appetite on Tuesday.

Dinner: Chicken and Chow Mein sauce Stiry Fry using Rice Noodles.
Booze: Sex on the beach, more vodka, other stuff.. .

Friday:
Weetabix (with usual raisin/nut mix), Muller Light Yoghurt, Steak pie & potato mash, about 8 little shortbread raisin biscuits, Twix bar, Chocolate ice cream Magnum.
Saturday:

Insanity Fail.
It was all going so well for the 1st two weeks but now it’s been over a week since I’ve done a single workout. I’m only in Uni for 2 days a week!! How can I not manage to workout at all?
I always tell myself I’m going to get Uni work done instead but I don’t even do that either! I’m so useless.

Tomorrow night I might have a date. The last time I mentioned having a date on my tumblr the jerk ended up cancelling it because he had work to do even though he’d already cancelled on me a few times before that. Pfft. Not bothered with him since.

Food Diary 7.2.12
Breakfast: Weetabix with breakfast sprinkle.
Lunch: Peanut butter on toast and an apple.
Dinner: Mixture of beans, courgette, baby tomatoes, chicken breast and whole wheat pasta. Added some soy sauce light, and spices to give it a kick.

Just did Ab Ripper X
Yip, I thought I better do something in the way of exercise today. I did it, although my floor is wooden so it’s sore and I skid about a lot making it difficult to do the moves properly. To sum up the weekend - BINGE!
Got home for the weekend and was greeted by a mass of foods that hadn’t been available to me all week. Not doing a food diary for each day over the weekend. I ate healthy whilst at work on Saturday but when I got home after dinner I had a 4 bar kitkat and a Magnum.

I lost 1lb!
I re-dedicated myself to exercise and losing weight at the start of January. It’s been one month and I’ve finally, actually lost something! One single pound. But it feels good nonetheless and this is why I stuck at it. I’m eating healthier than ever now I’m back at Uni so maybe every week now will see 1lb off. Here’s hoping!

I'm slipping again.
I haven’t exercised since Tuesday and I ate 2 kit kats today. I’ve been super healthy all week as far as I know and I haven’t lost any weight. I go into work and chat to a friend who is already thinner than me and I know she will have lost some weight by now. I’m happy for her but I feel like I’m trying just as hard but not getting any results.

No exercising.
Today and yesterday I didn’t do Insanity. I’m just not disciplined enough. I think I’ll not count this week in the time of it. I’ll go back to day 15 on Tuesday and do a mixture of the workouts until then?
In other news I have eaten really healthy this week and not had huge quantities. If I haven’t lost any weight after this week I don’t know what to do.
